How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

You must first complete our Change of Membership Request Form, then our franchisee will contact you to confirm your change. You may email erintaylor@fit4mom.com with any questions you have about changing the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months.
