FIT4BABY HOLD POLICY: Expectant moms, should you need to place your Fit4Baby membership on hold at any time, or until baby is born, we will happily oblige and apply your prenatal fitness credits towards your postpartum fitness credits.
ALL OTHER MEMBERSHIPS HOLD POLICY: We have a three month maximum hold policy. All monthly memberships may be placed on hold for up three months per calendar year. Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Hold requests must be received at least 48 hours before your hold begins. There will be a $20 processing fee charged to your credit card on file for the hold period. Holds may be place in instances of illness, injury, or maternity leave. Holds may not be placed for extended vacations, returning to work, holidays, or breaks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Memberships require a 3 month minimum purchase. A $30 early cancellation fee will apply to those wishing to cancel earlier. All membership cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month to cancel for the following month (15 days notice). Requests after the 15th of the month will incur a $30 Cancellation Fee. All cancellations will occur on the 31st of the month to coordinate with our billing cycle. No refunds will be given for dues already paid, all requests are for future months only. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged the full registration fee.
Once your form has been received your account will be placed on hold or cancelled. Our instructors can not authorize hold or cancel requests, either verbally or in writing. You will receive an email confirming your hold or cancellation request.
