Our Next Body Back Transformation Dates:

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. This program is thoughtfully and creatively designed for moms, however all women are welcome to join.
Your journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
*Note: You must be at least 6 months postpartum to attend Body Back.
Body Back Transformation Includes:
WEEKLY RECIPES + MEAL PLANNING
You don't have to figure nutrition out on your own. We help you with meal planning, your nutrition guide includes done for you recipes. You receive weelky recipe inspiration to help you answer "What shoud I cook this week?" You will learn the correct portion sizes for your body. You will have fun improving your overall nutrion with our weekly nutrition challenges.
TWO BODY BACK (HIIT) WORKOUTS PER WEEK + AT-HOME WORKOUTS
You will not get bored because every class is different. You will be with a trainer two days per week. You have acces to our digital workouts for exercising at home. You will learn what to do and how to do it. You will do HIIT workouts designed to help you tone up and see the results you want. You will participate in fun weekly fitness challenges to keep you motivated and build up good habits that will help you continue beyond eight weeks.
GREAT ACCOUNTABILITY + SUPPORTIVE MOM COMMUNITY
You don't have to do it on your own. Not only will you have us when you are in class, but you will have a personal acountability coach for encouragement, tips and advice. Your participation and effort will be tracked, NOT inches and pounds lost, to help keep you motivated. You can reach out to us whenever you have questions. WE are here to help you succeed. Your BB instructors will check in with you weekly, to congratulate you on your success and to keep you moving forward. You will be held accountable and encouraged in a judgement-free community of moms.
REAL RESULTS THAT STICK
You will not waste your money. You will start to notice changes in energy levels, nutrition habits, body appearance, and overall health during your session. You dont have to ask, "will it work for me?" Body Back is designed to work for you, IF you do the work. You will be asked to work hard. You will be provided before and after photos and fitness assessments. Your progress will be tracked. You will develop habits that will last beyond Body Back.
