Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want some Mom-"Me" time to get their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

At FIT4MOM our mission is to help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood, and life. We strive to help moms achieve this potential both physically and emotionally. We offer both support and education in order to build a healthier community. Our FIT4MOM Programs create a community of active families, children see that exercise can be fun, and social support built into our programs for new moms who need it most. All classes are taught by a certified fitness professional with a specialty in pre- and post-natal fitness.
